What is the return policy?
Because many of our products are custom-printed or shipped directly from third-party fulfillment centers, we only accept returns or offer refunds in certain situations. Our policy helps ensure you understand when we can and cannot help.
When Returns / Refunds Are Allowed
We will consider a return, replacement, or full refund if:
- The item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, missing parts, or significantly different from the product description (e.g. wrong design, wrong size, incorrect quantity).
- The damage or defect is confirmed with clear photo(s) showing the issue.
- The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
In those cases, we will work with our supplier to issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.
What Is Not Eligible for Return / Refund
Because our products are custom-made or produced on demand, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Items you ordered incorrectly (wrong size, color, design, or spelling errors)
- Changed minds, dislikes, or “I don’t want it anymore” cases
- Normal wear and tear, shrinkage, or damage due to user misuse
- Minor print variations or tolerances (e.g. small differences in placement or print color)
How to Request a Return / Refund

- We will review the claim and — if valid — either:Send a replacement at no extra cost, orIssue a full refund to your original payment method (or store credit, if applicable)
Additional Details & Notes
- Refunds are only issued when the issue is due to a supplier error, printing defect, or shipping damage — not customer-initiated mistakes.
- If the supplier offers only a reprint (rather than refund) as per their policy, we may offer the same reprint for you, at no cost.
- Shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable, unless the entire order was wrong or defective.
- We strongly recommend that you review your sizing carefully before ordering — especially for apparel — since we cannot cover exchanges for sizing/color/fit mistakes.
- If you’re in a region where consumer protection laws guarantee returns (for example EU distance-selling laws), we will comply with those laws even where our standard policy doesn’t.
Why This Policy?
- Many items are produced on demand, which makes traditional “inventory returns” impractical.
- Allowing only defect-based returns minimizes waste, fraud, and overhead.
- This policy matches the return/refund policies used by supplies.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Are your products made to order?
Yes — most items are made on demand, which reduces waste and ensures fresh, high-quality prints.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
